Will it fit my ToughBuilt StackTech drawer?
Yes — that is the whole point. Our trays and Gridfinity baseplates are designed to the exact internal dimensions of the drawer or tool box they are listed for, and every part is printed to order. If a part listed for your drawer does not fit as described, we reprint it free.
What material are the organisers made from? Will they handle heat?
We print in PETG, a tougher and more heat-tolerant plastic than the PLA used in most 3D-printed organisers. PLA can soften and warp in a hot vehicle or shed; PETG holds up noticeably better in those conditions and takes knocks without shattering.
How long does shipping take within Australia?
Everything is made to order in Sydney — typically printed and posted within days, and each listing shows its current lead time. Once posted, delivery is standard Australia Post transit time for your state. We ship Australia-wide.
How does a custom tray from a photo work?
Lay your tools flat on a sheet of A4 paper (the paper is the scale reference) and take a photo from directly above. Upload it on our custom page — we trace each tool’s outline and design a tray with a snug pocket and a finger scoop for every tool. You get a quote and a preview to approve before anything is printed.
What is the free-remake guarantee?
If a part does not fit the drawer or tools it was made for as described, we remake it at no charge. Tell us what is off — a photo helps — and we adjust the design and reprint it. You should not have to pay twice for our fit error.
Do you sell STL files, or only printed parts?
Our shop mainly sells finished, printed parts. Where a listing is marked as a digital product, you are buying a downloadable file for printing yourself; everything else arrives as a physical, ready-to-use organiser.
What payment methods do you accept?
Checkout on this site is handled by Stripe, so you can pay securely with major credit and debit cards. If you buy through our eBay store instead, eBay’s usual payment options apply.
Can I order a tray for a toolbox brand you don’t list?
Yes. Use the custom page: send a photo of your tools on A4 paper plus the internal dimensions of your drawer (length, width, and usable depth), and we design a tray to suit. The process is the same regardless of the box brand.
Are your Gridfinity parts compatible with standard Gridfinity bins?
Yes. Our baseplates and bins follow the open Gridfinity standard (42 mm grid), so standard Gridfinity bins snap into our baseplates and our bins sit in any standard Gridfinity base.
Where are you based, and do you ship overseas?
We design and print everything in Sydney, Australia, and currently ship Australia-wide. If you are outside Australia, email hello@addictive3d.com.au and we will see what is possible.
