What we collect

When you join our fit list, buy from us, or send an enquiry, we collect:

  • Your email address and vehicle details (to let you know when your mount is ready)
  • Messages you send us (photos, measurements, questions about your rig)
  • Order and postage information (your name, address, payment details if buying direct)

How we use your information

We use what you give us to:

  • Fulfil and ship your order
  • Contact you about your vehicle fit list, dispatch updates, and custom job progress
  • Reply to your enquiries
  • Improve our product range based on what you tell us

That's it. We don't use your data to build profiles, target you across the web, or resell anything.

Who we share it with

To run the business, we share your information only with:

  • Our email service provider (to send you order updates and fit-list notifications)
  • The marketplace you bought through (e.g. eBay handles payment and postage tracking)
  • Australia Post (for tracked delivery)

These partners are bound by our privacy agreements. We never sell or rent your data to third parties.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from fit-list emails anytime using the link in any message. To see what data we hold about you, or to request deletion of your information, email hello@addictive3d.com.au and we'll sort it within 5 business days.
